What the role involves:
As a Creative Lead, you will shape and elevate the creative direction of our Marketing Department. This individual contributor role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring creative excellence, and aligning visual and narrative output with strategic goals.
You will develop and execute compelling creative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand storytelling and engagement. While not a managerial role, you will influence creative decision-making, advocate for best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your impact will be felt through high-quality, consistent, and engaging creative work that strengthens our brand.
Creative Direction & Leadership
- Lead the creative vision for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and fostering innovative storytelling approaches.
- Oversee the creation and production of high-quality creative content, ensuring precision, accuracy, and compelling storytelling across all projects.
- Take initiative in driving the creative process while solving creative challenges both independently and collaboratively.
Video Production & Direction
- Conceptualize and direct visually compelling video content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand identity.
- Manage video production end-to-end, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).
- Coach and mentor team members involved in the video production process, ensuring consistent growth and skill development.
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Give direction on editing of footage into polished videos, incorporating transitions, effects, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Optimize video content for various formats, resolutions, and channels while ensuring brand consistency and high production standards.
Storyboarding & Concepting
- Collaborate with internal teams to storyboard concepts and visualize ideas that align with project goals and creative briefs.
- Translate abstract ideas into tangible, creative executions that resonate with the intended audience.
Brand Development & Adherence
- Uphold and evolve brand identity, ensuring all creative projects maintain consistency with established guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.
- Act as a key contributor to discussions about brand evolution and strategic creative direction.

Who you are:
- Proven experience in a Creative Lead or senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-faceted creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize and manage deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster teamwork.
- Familiarity with video production workflows, formats, and optimization for various platforms.
