Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel/Vue.js)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using PHP/Laravel and Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver seamless products.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align development tasks with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Drive innovation by identifying new features, solutions, and automation opportunities to support business growth and cost optimization.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Continuously improve development processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to integrate best practices into the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development, specifically with web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in PHP/Laravel framework and Vue.js (or other modern JavaScript frameworks like React).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with back-end technologies and APIs, including RESTful services and MySQL databases.
• Proficiency in tools such as NGINX, BASH/UNIX scripting, and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for issue tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Experience in creating efficient and secure database queries and understanding database optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in global teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time with a results-driven mindset.
• Additional experience with AWS, Docker, and other cloud technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter) is a bonus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
