Scrum Master / Project Manager

Requirements:

• B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with the full lifecycle of enterprise-class software.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in working on Technical and Functional Requirements.
• Experience in Design documentation and creation of process flows.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and the associated frameworks.
• Proven track record of building, mentoring, and coaching an Agile development team in local and remote locations.
• Drive and ability to remove obstacles for team success.
• Understanding and ability to foster an environment of motivation and dedication
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to present technical concepts to senior-level business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide monthly and quarterly reporting statistics of team capacity, performance, and utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings (Daily Scrum), sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings with multicultural teams.
• Identify and help remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress, such as technical issues, resource constraints, or communication breakdowns.
• Continuously improve the Scrum process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan sprints, define priorities, and set realistic goals for the team.
• Facilitate sprint review meetings to demonstrate working software to stakeholders and conduct sprint retrospectives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on project progress, sprint status, and team performance to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching on Agile principles and practices to help teams adopt an Agile mindset.
