Sr. Ui/ux Designer

 We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer who can balance the creative aspects of user interfaces (UI) with the analytical and strategic facets of user experience (UX). This role leans more towards UX (60%) but demands a strong UI foundation (40%), focusing on creating pixel-perfect designs that resonate with users and meet business needs. 

Must-have Skills:

• User-Centered Design (UCD): Expertise in planning and executing UCD principles, including heuristic analysis, usability testing, accessibility, and more.
• Design Thinking: Strong grasp of design thinking and its importance in building user-friendly and effective products.
• Figma Mastery: Proficient with Figma, using components/styles for consistent design systems.
• Research & Testing: Experience with user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and validating design decisions with data.
