About the project:
Join our team as a results-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist, a critical role in driving our lead generation and brand visibility across several digital channels. You will collaborate with other team members to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, creating a unified strategy for audience engagement and brand development across digital channels.
You will be able to:
- Strategy and Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support innovative strategy ideation and align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across email, social media, PPC, and content marketing channels.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, blog posts, case studies, and landing pages among others.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure continuous SEO optimization of website content, landing pages, and digital assets, following best practices to drive traffic and improve organic search visibility.
- PPC and Paid Advertising: Strategize, and manage high-impact PPC campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, to drive targeted traffic and generate quality leads.
- Review Directory Management: Oversee and manage reviews across online directories, maintaining a positive brand reputation, and leveraging reviews to improve customer engagement and trust.
- Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, gathering data insights to use in campaign optimization.
- Event Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies for webinars, conferences, and virtual events, coordinating with event organizers and speakers to enhance our brand presence, drive attendance, and generate leads.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2+ Years of B2B marketing experience.
- Strong experience in creating high-quality, engaging content for diverse B2B audiences across multiple platforms.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on results, measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Expertise in email marketing campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology and analytics tools.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Knowledge on line of business with Microsoft or ServiceNow.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
