Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any concerns or needs.
  • Sales Growth:
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop account strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are using services effectively and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Customer Success & Retention:
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues promptly.
  • Focus on client retention by delivering value and maintaining engagement.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Address any issues clients face and work with internal teams to provide solutions.
  • Advocate for the client’s needs within the company.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and hand off relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide regular updates to management on account status and key metrics.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategies.

Requirements

  • C1 English level, or better
  • Medium Excel Skills
  • Excellent communications skills
