Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any concerns or needs.
- Sales Growth:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop account strategies to meet sales targets.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure they are using services effectively and identify expansion opportunities.
- Customer Success & Retention:
- Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products or services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues promptly.
- Focus on client retention by delivering value and maintaining engagement.
- Problem Solving:
- Address any issues clients face and work with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Advocate for the client’s needs within the company.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and hand off relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates to management on account status and key metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategies.
Requirements
- C1 English level, or better
- Medium Excel Skills
- Excellent communications skills
