Finally, although we focus more on hiring for soft skills and training our teammates in the required hard skills, you do need to meet our requirements:
- C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.
- Native/Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese writing and speaking skills (Spanish/Portuguese and English are required).
- At least 2 years of work experience in back-office and customer service roles.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM IN US TIME ZONES (PST, MST, CST, and/or EST)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in customer service.
- Exceptional telephone manner & service-orientated email writing skills.
- Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools and software.
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
- Stable internet with at least 30 MBPS download & 5 MBPS upload speed.
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, and a smartphone. *Computers older than 5 years will not meet the requirements.
- Preferably graduated with a university degree or graduating in the next 12 months (if you do not have a degree, you should have more extensive experience).
- Although not required, any insurance experience would be advantageous.
BONUS if you have experience in accounting, finance, insurance services, or as an administrative/executive assistant, we want to hear from you!
