In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA compliance.
• Oversee client account reporting, including SLA metrics, usage, and registration data for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and support creative, sales, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare materials for client briefings, track account metrics, and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, communicating any changes to ensure smooth operations.

Skills you have 🚀

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the travel, payments, or fintech industries.
• Strong proficiency in reporting and SLA management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities across time zones.
• Experience with financial institutions or large corporate clients is a big plus.

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

• Familiarity with client management tools and reporting systems.
• Prior experience working with Visa, Mastercard, or similar financial services.
