Position Overview: ShakaCode is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive lead generation and sales growth for our B2B products. This role will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to qualifying prospects—while the CEO will handle closing deals. We’re looking for someone who embraces AI to enhance productivity and has hands-on experience optimizing HubSpot, using ZoomInfo for lead generation, and applying StoryBrand and Marketing Made Simple frameworks. Experience with consumer marketing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies using the StoryBrand and Marketing Made Simple frameworks, focusing on lead generation.
- Implement lead capture mechanisms (e.g., forms, landing pages) to support inbound marketing and drive conversions.
- Design and run marketing campaigns across email, content marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Manage the B2B sales funnel from lead generation to qualification, handing off qualified leads to the CEO for closing.
- Lead outbound email campaigns, using tools like ZoomInfo to identify high-value prospects.
- Optimize cold email outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with lead capture and nurturing techniques.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Regularly analyze and report on lead generation and sales performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B marketing and sales experience, with a focus on outbound lead generation.
- Expertise in HubSpot for marketing and sales automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Experience applying StoryBrand and Marketing Made Simple frameworks to drive results.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- A strong interest in embracing AI tools to drive efficiency.

- Familiarity with technical products (e.g., Ruby on Rails, React) is a plus.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with consumer marketing, especially in the travel space.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, clay.com, and builtwith.com.
