Job Description:
As a Recruiter at Janie Health, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to selecting the right candidates. You’ll work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure we are attracting and selecting top talent aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Actively source and identify qualified candidates across various platforms, including social media and job fairs.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of candidates and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on performance metrics, such as time-to-hire and acceptance rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools.
