In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins, providing innovative solutions for client websites.
• Provide technical support to both internal team members and external clients, troubleshooting issues with empathy and clarity.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms to clients, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and the sales team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Assist in training new website clients and provide refresher training as needed.

Skills you have 🚀

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, including working with the Gutenberg editor.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic to intermediate skills in SQL and Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in troubleshooting client issues.

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

• Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Familiarity with IT support and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
