In your day-to-day, you will

• Collaborate with the agency owner to implement objectives and goals
• Provide insights and recommendations for agency growth and development
• Suggest and implement process automation and efficiency improvements
• Communicate and engage with team members, partners, and vendors
• Participate in strategic and operational decision-making
• Manage agency SOPs, Asana tools, and processes to ensure team success
• Support and manage part-time marketing managers
• Address issues and concerns promptly
• Understand client goals and objectives
• Conduct quarterly reviews to identify opportunities and weaknesses
• Onboard new clients and manage client expectations
• Provide reviews and recommendations on content
• Review current activities, KPIs, ROI, and client goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Manage SOW requirements, budgets, timelines, and workback schedules
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and project management tools

Skills you have 🚀

• +3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry 
• Proven leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools
• Self-starter, flexible, and action-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
