We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic team at EPAM. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in UX/UI design to grow and develop their skills. As part of the onboarding process, you will first participate in an 8 to 10-week training program designed to enhance your skills and provide you with the foundational knowledge required to excel in this role.

After completing the training, you will collaborate with experienced designers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of wireframes, sketches, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate user interactions
  • Support user research activities, including planning, note-taking, and analyzing research findings
  • Collaborate closely with Experience Strategy Designers, Researchers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance product usability and overall user experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, QA, architects, and product managers, to identify and solve UX challenges
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-value user experiences by supporting the design and development process
  • Apply established design standards and guidelines, effectively using design systems and component libraries

Requirements

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the field of UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in design tools, particularly Sketch (knowledge of other design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision is a plus)
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and usability testing
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Capacidade de aprender rápido;
  • Habilidade em planilhas
  • Vivência em R&S de vagas de grande volume
  • Vivência em hunting estratégico para vagas tech
  • Habilidade em realizar entrevistas online
  • Possuir conhecimento teórico e prático em Recrutamento e Seleção
  • Afinidade com ambiente tecnológico
  • Ter ótimas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Senso de organização e didática, afinal o Time de pessoas deve ser exemplo
