Duties
- Collaborate with Executives and Key Stakeholders: Develop product positioning and messaging that reflects the unique values and vision of Lace Wallet within the Cardano ecosystem.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Technical Product Managers, Marketing, and Business Analysts to craft the narrative for Lace Wallet, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
- Brand Advocacy: Drive market engagement for Lace Wallet and related offerings, positioning it as the go-to wallet for the Cardano community and beyond.
- Build Marketing Assets: Create a portfolio of assets, including concept documentation, user stories, and case studies, that support the marketing and adoption of Lace Wallet.
- Product Feature Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent global messaging for Lace Wallet, ensuring it is adaptable for localization.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead tactical programs in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Communications, and Engineering to ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotions.
- Global Launch Planning: Coordinate and execute global launches for new features and releases of Lace Wallet, working closely with our in-house agency and regional marketing teams.
- Content Creation: Work with the Design team to develop marketing tools such as presentations, guides, videos, infographics, and more, tailored specifically to Lace Wallet.
- Competitive Landscape Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and use insights to guide marketing and product decisions.
- Event Participation: Support regional marketing managers in executing awareness and demand campaigns, including attending and representing Lace Wallet at events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Business Development Support: Develop collateral that supports our subject matter experts, including presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related area; a business or economics degree may also be considered depending on experience
- Product Marketing Experience: Evidence of success (4+ years) in product marketing, particularly in international markets.
- Blockchain/Emerging Technology Experience: Background in marketing high-tech, emerging, or disruptive technology solutions in both B2B and B2C environments; startup experience is a plus.
