Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud, you will play a crucial role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and implementing solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading reviews of business processes, staying updated on the latest process and IT advancements, and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop and implement solutions
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Perform requirements analysis and document results in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce
• Proven expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong background in documenting business analysis artifacts and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Ability to lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas and findings through meetings and presentations
• Experience in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to automate and modernize systems
• B2+ English level proficiency
