In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
• Manage inbound leads and outbound sales processes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Foster relationships with retail partners, corporate clients, and consumers.
• Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to optimize sales processes and reporting.

Skills you have 🚀

• 4+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales management.
• Proven track record with inbound & outbound sales.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales outreach platforms (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

• Experience with sales analytics tools (Looker, Mixpanel).
• Knowledge of referral and loyalty programs.
