In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

  • Manage internal and external communications for the CEO and assist with sales and marketing presentations.
  • Utilize AI tools to refine the CEO's messaging strategy and align brand communications.
  • Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
  • Oversee project timelines and assist in CRM management to organize leads and client communications.
  • Act as a liaison with clients and partners, vetting contacts before engaging the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Skills you have 🚀

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in project management and AI tools for communication strategies.
  • Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple tasks.

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

  • Experience supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Experience in negotiating with retailers and partners.
