Qualifications 

  • A practiced communicator and storyteller - you help your team and stakeholders grasp the extent of a problem and build empathy for the end user
  • Able to talk to users, interpret experiments and insights, and leverage quantitative data to inform product and design decisions
  • Demonstrate a command of product strategy and business needs, with resounding empathy for our users
  • Deploy a range of UX tactics to lead through ambiguous problems to achieve exceptional user-centered product outcomes
  • Have a deep mastery of your design tools, and a willingness to adopt new tools and skills needed to bring your designs and prototypes to life (heads up: we work in Figma, GitHub, and occasionally in code)
