We receive hundreds of inbound and outbound leads through our digital marketing activities, and many of them haven't yet had a conversation about how Bitso Business can help them grow. As an BDR, you will be the first touchpoint for these new prospects.

The relationships you build, and the meetings you are able to create for the sales organization, will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline. This is your chance to launch your hi-tech career in a supportive environment, and provide real value to companies all around the world, from many different industries and verticals.

Our BDRs are the future Sales leaders of Bitso Business and want a thriving career in either the Sales or Account Management space

Reports To

Head of Sales

Who You Are 

  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience
  • Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

What You Will Do 

  • Taking inbound calls, chats and responding to contact forms to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from Bitso’s many digital intelligence solutions
  • Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects that showcase the true value that Bitso would bring to their strategy
  • Sharing these insights either verbally, or through email
  • Filling the sales pipeline, by creating a set number of meetings between prospects and sales managers
  • Partnering with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns that show the value of our insights to our registered user base
  • Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes
