Your Purpose 

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, tasked with winning commercial deals in key markets/verticals. Your role is not just about selling; it's about understanding customer pain points, leveraging our unique selling propositions (USP), and developing targeted commercial offers. Success in this role involves collaboration, strategic thinking, and meticulous pipeline management.

Sales Sr. Director

Who You Are 

  • Proven English fluency.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.

What You Will Do 

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
  • Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
  • Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
  • Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved, and customers have an exceptional experience.
