Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

For this position, we are looking for a creative person with an interest in numbers, data analysis, operations, and organization, who will work closely with the business teams.

This role has the following objectives:

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of user and application problems within an assigned business area.
• Streamline internal processes through business systems (CRM, Help Desk, Back-office, Slack).
• Participate in meetings with internal clients to gather, document, and understand business requirements.

About the Team

The Business Systems Team partners with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) to model and implement scalable business processes in systems such as CRM, Marketing Automation Systems, and Help Desk. Our mission is to make the internal teams more efficient, unlocking our path to revenue.

Who you are

• Interested in Business & Operations.
• Graduated with a degree in Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related areas.
• Willing to learn new tool sets and processes to support the business.
• Have a basic knowledge of systems, infrastructure, programming, and associated activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, with experience as a Salesforce Admin.

Plus

• Knowledge or ability to learn and write scripts for automating processes.
• Interest in Database Management Systems.
• SQL/SOQL (interpret and write queries).
• Knowledge of Hubspot, with experience as an Admin.
• Knowledge of Zendesk, with experience as an Admin.
