What You'll Do

  • Assess the impact of AI integrations on the quality of creative output and team productivity, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify AI solutions for productivity challenges, enhancing efficiency and creative output across the organization
  • Test, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline content creation and automate workflows, enhancing productivity
  • Implement new processes, plug-ins, integrations, and more to increase creative craft across our creative solutions
  • Refine and manage creative templates and resources, ensuring they leverage AI for increased efficiency and dynamism
  • Conduct training sessions and development programs focused on the effective use of AI in digital advertising, encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Automate and standardize repetitive tasks within Figma and After Effects to enable creativity, utilizing AI where possible
  • Monitor and report on industry trends in AI and creative technologies, ensuring Superside remains at the forefront of digital advertising innovation
  • Support the tracking and reporting of Productivity and provide insights from gathered data across each service

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing efficiency enhancement strategies, utilizing templates, tools, and AI integration within creative workflows
  • Advanced experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders with ease
  • A strong commitment to mentoring and skill development, capable of inspiring creativity and innovation within the team
  • A data-driven, structured and action-oriented work approach
  • Technical skills with the ability to implement plug-ins, templates, integrations, scripts or other forms of automation into Superside’s ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable AI-driven creative strategies
  • Exceptional English communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
  • A forward-thinking mindset, with a constant drive to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI in the creative domain
  • A solid understanding of Dynamic Creative Optimization, Real-Time Marketing tools and Automation platforms such as Bannerflow, Storyteq, Canva, Celtra, Smartly etc
