About the role
- Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to scope and execute highest ROI product opportunities.
- Manage ideation, evaluation, definition, prioritization and execution activities against the squad roadmap.
- Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization. Seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback.
- Be the voice of the customer. Lead user discovery via user research, design sprints, and other customer touchpoints.
- Pair together quantitative and qualitative data to inform key product decisions that address user needs.
- Work with cross-functional partners to define GTM motions, ensuring that customers are aware of product updates and the value they add to drive adoption.
Skills & experience
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, you can define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap as well as execute against it.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership to gain buy-in.
- Customer-obsessed, you’re not afraid to dig into the current workflow of customers to deeply understand pain points and their root cause to inform product approach.
- UX-savvy, you partner closely with design counterparts to make recommendations and influence the final solution.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions. Bonus if you have prior hands-on experience with SQL.
- Experience with scheduling or fitness software is a bonus and not required.
