We need an SEO Specialist! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

As a specialized SEO Specialist within our marketing agency, your role extends beyond optimizing content solely for our internal initiatives; you'll also be tasked with enhancing the visibility and effectiveness of our clients' content on Google and YouTube ad platforms. By leveraging advanced tools and methodologies, including AI-driven solutions, you'll meticulously refine both our own and our clients' content to ensure maximum impact across these channels. Through strategic optimization efforts, you'll drive substantial increases in organic traffic, benefiting both our agency and our valued clients, while directly contributing to the success of their Google and YouTube advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Content Optimization: Leverage AI tools for in-depth content analysis, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices for enhanced visibility on Google and YouTube ad platforms.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research utilizing AI-driven insights to identify high-traffic search terms relevant to clients' advertising goals.
• Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors' search engine performance, utilizing AI insights to inform strategic adjustments and maintain competitiveness.
• Technical Optimization: Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO practices optimized for Google and YouTube ads.
• Reporting and Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure SEO performance, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in improving website rankings on search engines, with a focus on Google and YouTube.
• Experience using AI tools for SEO optimization.
• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, including search engine algorithm changes and emerging trends, with a specific understanding of Google and YouTube dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams to achieve common goals.
• Previous experience in an SEO role, preferably in a corporate or agency environment, with expertise in Google and YouTube optimization.
• Relevant certifications in SEO and analytics tools are an advantage.
