About the role

  • Collaborate with teams like sales, finance, and strategy to develop and own the global strategic lifecycle roadmap to onboard, engage and retain ClassPass partners. 
  • Be the voice of our partners, providing insights on target audience and ensure our strategy is effective. 
  • Understand existing sales, onboarding, and CX processes to effectively run marketing tests,  propose workaround solutions for initial testing as well as scalable solutions for ongoing initiatives. 
  • Define and monitor partner KPIs, forecast key metrics and provide variance explanations vs forecast. 
  • Oversee the planning and execution of lifecycle campaigns, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to achieve target KPIs. Develop project briefs and drive execution to support these campaigns. 
  • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.  
  • Provide support to sales processes and requests 
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource availability. 
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of partner retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.  
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, CRO and Creative teams to prioritize relevant initiatives.  
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and improvement, applying best practices and considering emerging trends and technologies. 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field  
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing 
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a sales led organization 
  • Proven ability to project manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously with minimal oversight, covering the entire customer lifecycle 
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of owning a marketing testing strategy, analyzing A/B test results and performing ad hoc analysis to gain additional insight 
  • Strong knowledge of customer retention strategies and proven strategies to reduce churn 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and external partners 
  • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS (SQL is a plus) 
  • 1+ years of Salesforce CRM knowledge for running and creating reports 
  • 1+ years of experience in Hubspot or email service provider
