Lead - Technical Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices
• Supervise and lead the technical team in the implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and resolution of Salesforce-related issues
• Participate in the planning and estimation of Salesforce projects, ensuring effective management of scope, time, and resources
• Stay updated on the latest updates and trends in the Salesforce platform and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including code review, troubleshooting, and professional development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Object and Fields Architecture, Salesforce platform, and related technologies
• Experience in planning and estimating Salesforce projects, managing scope, time, and resources effectively
• Experience in leading technical teams and supervising Salesforce implementations
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• B2+ English level proficiency
