Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketo integration
- Create and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Adobe Marketo, including building journeys, creating personalized emails, and managing automation flows
- Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud tools and features to optimize marketing strategies
- Experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Understanding of CRM and Marketing principles, with a focus on customer segmentation and targeting
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
