Responsibilities:
- Managing, renewing and finding new business for Latin America
- Outbound calls and prospecting.
- Providing solutions and presentations to customers - by phone and occasionally in person.
- Close new sales and renewals over the phone.
- Overcoming objections and solving problems.
- Participate in local events and trade fairs to support the growth of the territory
- Making monthly, quarterly and year-end forecasts.
- Work with the onboarding and support teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Complete assigned certifications to understand the platform and customer experience.

- Experience selling to IT Training Centers.
- Must have a proven track record of success.
- Ability to manage multiple clientes.

- Work well under strong sales pressure.
- Self-motivated - able to work independently to achieve individual and Certiport sales targets.
- Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Available for trips.
