Python Back-End Engineer
U.S.-based company developing a travel meta-search engine used to book inter-city buses, and trains is looking for a Python Back-End Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build scalable solutions from scratch and work on improving the existing applications
- Actively analyze website performance and take necessary software decisions
- Identify and mitigate performance-related bottlenecks
- Write and maintain clean codes and participate in daily virtual standups
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
- Extensive experience in Python and Node.js
- Experience with SQL is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in front-end preferred but not required
- Fluent in verbal and written English
This position requires a significant overlap with the EST time zone.
