What you'll do

As a Legal Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our legal department, offering vital support and analysis to uphold compliance with intricate legal regulations and advance our organizational goals. Responsibilities

Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Analyze legal data sets and documents to extract meaningful insights and identify potential legal risks and opportunities.

Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.

Provide legal support to internal departments by answering legal queries, conducting legal assessments, and assisting in the preparation of legal documents.

Identify and assess legal risks, and collaborate with legal counsel to develop strategies for risk mitigation.

Stay informed about changes in legal regulations and industry standards that may impact the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law with a strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.

3+ years of experience working in a legal environment, preferably in tech.

Proficiency in conducting legal research using various legal databases and resources.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret complex legal documents and data.

Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts and legal documents.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with legal professionals and stakeholders.

Experience with risk management, litigation, and corporate law matters.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage legal documents and data efficiently.

Familiarity with legal software, document management systems, and databases.
