Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Technical Recruiter at onecontact TECH, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be on technical positions across various departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand the specific job requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition manager to understand job positions and source candidates based on client needs
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
  • Conducting short calls, interviews, assessing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, and providing valuable feedback to hiring teams.
  • Coordinating and conducting technical assessments to evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant technologies.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and keeping applicants updated throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve recruitment strategies.
  • Meeting recruitment goals, and hiring targets and the ability to source candidates for 2-3 positions at the same time.

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or a similar role in IT and technology recruitment.
  • Familiarity with various technical domains and the ability to understand the requirements for roles like software engineers, data scientists, developers, etc.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, with a focus on direct sourcing and networking.
  • Strong interviewing skills, including the ability to assess technical expertise and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements.
