Project Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, business objectives, scope, timelines, and budget;
• Managing project plans, milestones, priorities, resources, and dependencies to ensure efficient execution;
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and timely delivery of project activities;
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes, proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track;
• Monitoring project progress and performance, maintaining documentation, and communicating status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders;
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and promoting continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree completed;
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) – mandatory;
• Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and working with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships and engage with diverse audiences;
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools;
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.
