Residential Property Manager - Owner Relations

About the Role

Manage long-term US residential rental portfolios and serve as the dedicated point of contact for property owners. Communicate clearly about performance, maintenance and leasing issues while helping owners make informed decisions.

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 1,330–2,080 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and landlords.
• Deliver clear updates on repair costs, vacancy delays and rental performance.
• Conduct monthly financial and performance reviews with owners.
• Coordinate tenant screening, lease enforcement, maintenance and vendor follow-up.
• Support HOA compliance and delinquency or eviction workflows within the role.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience as the dedicated main contact for property owners or landlords.
• Experience managing long-term US single-family or multifamily rental portfolios.
• Clear written and spoken English for owner communication.

Nice-to-Haves

• Daily experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine or Propertyware.
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as LeadSimple or Aptly.
