Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs, freehand illustrations, and digital artwork for branding, printed materials, promotional products, apparel, and other physical applications.
• Design high-quality vector graphics, logos, lockups, typography treatments, and custom visual elements.
• Develop creative concepts that align with client brand identities, project objectives, and consumer preferences.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for various print applications, including screen printing.
• Handle technical print file preparation, including color separations, artwork positioning, trapping, choke, and other relevant production specifications.
• Ensure artwork meets production requirements while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Create and adapt graphics for different physical products, print surfaces, dimensions, and applications.
• Develop original visual concepts and graphic collections based on creative briefs, inspiration, and market trends.
• Translate reference materials and client ideas into innovative graphic storytelling solutions.
• Work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to develop, refine, and finalize creative deliverables.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across related branding and production materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately executed.
• Review artwork for quality, accuracy, proper formatting, and production readiness before final delivery.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate creative decisions and recommendations.
• Incorporate constructive feedback and efficiently revise designs based on project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Maintain organized, editable design files and ensure proper preparation of final production assets.
• Stay informed about graphic design trends, printing techniques, consumer preferences, and emerging creative applications.
• Proactively contribute creative ideas and identify opportunities to improve design quality and production efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including significant experience designing for print, physical products, or production-based applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original graphic design, vector artwork, logos, illustrations, and print-ready projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Strong freehand and digital illustration capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience preparing artwork for professional printing and physical production.
• Strong understanding of screen-printing file preparation, including color separations, positioning, trapping, choke, and related production requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of vector graphics, typography, composition, color theory, layout, and graphic design fundamentals.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts rather than relying primarily on templates or existing designs.
• Strong understanding of how digital artwork translates into physical printed materials and products.
• Ability to adapt designs to different sizes, formats, materials, and production specifications.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate inspiration and project requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality artwork.
