Sobre
Join Camunda’s Revenue Operations organization to design, build, and operate the AI-powered infrastructure connecting its go-to-market systems. This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere Camunda is eligible to hire.
What you will do
- Design, build, and operate AI agents, LLM integrations, and automations connecting Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Salesloft, Clari, HubSpot, Impartner, and other GTM systems.
- Own the AI layer architecture: MCP servers, APIs, retrieval and context pipelines, reusable agent tools and skills, and services on Google Cloud Platform.
- Ship production-grade LLM capabilities, with validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human escalation, access controls, audit logging, and cost and latency management.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and SDR/ADR leaders to identify opportunities and deliver maintainable solutions.
- Raise the engineering bar through code review, automated testing, CI/CD, security governance, observability, documentation, and mentoring.
- Design workflows using orchestration platforms such as Camunda and Clay, and create enablement for GTM teams.
What you will bring
- 5+ years in software engineering (backend, systems integration, data/analytics engineering, or automation), including 2+ years shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production workflows or internal tools.
- Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with Git-based development, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with LLM patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, and mitigation of failure modes.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, data model and platform limits, other business-system integrations, event-driven patterns, and a cloud platform (GCP preferred).
- Ability to own work end-to-end and communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP or similar standards, agent frameworks, vector databases, or retrieval pipelines.
- Exposure to AI observability and evaluation tooling.
- Familiarity with Camunda or Clay, or prior Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience building lightweight interfaces for AI tools or relevant Salesforce certifications.
