Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate handoffs and requests between teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Check operational or sales records and prepare clear status updates.
• Document recurring processes and keep shared information current.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with project tracking, spreadsheets, documentation and CRM systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
