Data Analyst

Must-haves:

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst
• Strong business-facing communication skills
• Experience working closely with stakeholders and gathering requirements
• Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience
• Tableau dashboard development experience
• Understanding of SQL and Snowflake concepts without requiring highly advanced query-writing skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in a consumer-focused, lead-generation business
• Background supporting both marketing and operational analytics
• Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels and marketing attribution

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a functional Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and analytics solutions. Tableau, Salesforce reporting, and stakeholder engagement are more important than deep technical SQL expertise. Experience supporting marketing analytics and customer acquisition-focused businesses would be highly attractive.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders across marketing and operations.
• Gather requirements and intake requests from business users.
• Translate business needs into reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Manage project intake and planning activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams when data issues arise.
• Use Snowflake and SQL as needed, but not as a primary day-to-day responsibility.
