Technical Business Analyst - EN at BairesDev

What You'll Do:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.

- Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements clearly.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to help bridge business needs with practical solutions.

- Help monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, flagging risks or deviations to senior team members.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision making.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize processes and workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in business analysis, requirements management, or project coordination.

- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working with data, documentation tools, and collaboration platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
