Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate services and quotes with suppliers and carriers.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries using online logistics platforms and software.
• Communicate with carriers and suppliers via email and phone to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and update shipment statuses in the company's Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Resolve logistics issues remotely to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Collaborate with the team virtually to optimize logistics processes and efficiency.
• Problem-solve transportation-related issues and conduct emergency assessments.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as DAT Broker and OTM.
• Experience with online logistics platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
