Graphic Designer

What we're looking for

A growing US-based D2C pet brand is hiring its first in-house Graphic Designer. This is a true ground-floor role: you will own the brand's visual identity across every channel and work directly with founders. That means real mentorship, real ownership, and a clear path to grow as the company scales, not just executing briefs in isolation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design digital and print assets across the brand's D2C, Amazon, and wholesale channels, including ad creative, email newsletters, landing pages, catalogs, sell sheets, and in-store display graphics.
• Create Amazon A+ content and polished product imagery that drives conversion.
• Build reusable templates and adapt assets across platforms, keeping everything consistent and production-ready.
• Contribute to packaging design concepts and campaign materials for seasonal promotions and product launches.
• Manage and organize the brand's digital asset libraries, including photo research and usage rights tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team while taking full ownership of design projects from concept to final files.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience across digital and print.
• A strong portfolio showing design range, typography skills, and a contemporary, polished aesthetic, ideally with consumer brand or product work.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva.
• Experience with ad creative, email design, and web or landing page design.
• Working knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• Sharp attention to detail, strong English proofing ability, and the initiative to work autonomously without handholding.

Nice to Have

• Motion design or basic video editing skills, including social media reels.
• UX or product page experience (A/B testing familiarity is a plus).
• Packaging design experience.
