Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Video Production

  • Edit and produce large volumes of short-form video content.
  • Transform raw footage into multiple creative assets and formats.
  • Repurpose existing content for different campaigns and audiences.
  • Produce multiple creative variations to support testing initiatives.
  • Maintain a fast-moving content production pipeline.

Performance Marketing Video Editing

  • Create video assets optimized for Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Edit content with a focus on audience retention and engagement.
  • Develop creative variations to support A/B testing.
  • Optimize videos based on campaign objectives and performance.
  • Apply effective pacing, hooks, and storytelling techniques.

Content Repurposing & Asset Management

  • Edit founder-led content.
  • Repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
  • Edit branded marketing content.
  • Utilize celebrity content and PR placements where applicable.
  • Organize project files and maintain creative asset libraries.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Execute projects from high-level marketing briefs.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and creative teams.
  • Maintain efficient workflows for rapid content turnaround.
  • Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.

AI & Production Efficiency

  • Utilize AI-powered editing tools to improve production efficiency.
  • Increase editing output through AI-assisted workflows.
  • Continuously improve editing processes and content production systems.

Qualifications Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Experience producing short-form content for digital marketing, paid advertising, or social media campaigns.
  • Experience creating content for Meta, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms.
  • Experience repurposing raw footage into multiple creative variations.
  • Experience working independently from general marketing briefs.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools within video editing workflows is strongly preferred.

Qualifications Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software.
  • Strong understanding of audience retention and engagement-focused editing.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
  • Experience creating performance-focused advertising creatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
