Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Develop paid advertising strategies that support eCommerce growth and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and audience targeting across advertising channels.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and return on investment.

Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize a $3M annual marketing budget across multiple advertising channels.
  • Allocate advertising spend to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and spending performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve budget allocation and campaign profitability.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Prepare recurring performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to support data-driven decision making.
  • Present performance insights to leadership.

A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across creative assets, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Optimize campaigns based on testing results and performance data.
  • Improve conversion rates through continuous experimentation and refinement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness across channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, technical, marketing, and creative teams throughout campaign execution.
  • Coordinate messaging and campaign strategy across departments.
  • Support creative optimization to maximize engagement and campaign performance.
  • Communicate technical marketing insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

B2B Demand Generation

  • Develop paid media campaigns targeting business audiences.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Apply B2B marketing strategies throughout campaign planning and execution.
  • Optimize campaigns for qualified lead generation and business growth

Qualifications Experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce businesses.
  • Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets.
  • Experience performing campaign optimization and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading A/B testing initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or water/wastewater industries is preferred
