Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with technical subject matter experts and extract key insights
• Develop structured content briefs for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content
• Write, edit, and refine technical content for enterprise audiences
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives
• Collaborate with distributed teams across marketing, content, and technical functions
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Research industry trends and emerging topics within cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise technology
• Support content strategy and editorial planning initiatives

Requirements

• Resume in English.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience in technical content writing or technical journalism
• Strong portfolio showcasing published content related to enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure, SaaS, or other technical B2B topics
• Experience writing about enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure, SaaS, or related technical industries
• Experience interviewing technical subject matter experts and translating technical concepts into business-friendly content
• Experience developing content briefs, outlines, and thought leadership content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy
• Availability to work with significant overlap during U.S. business hours
