Key Responsibilities
- Analyze paid media performance data to identify winning creative patterns (hooks, angles, offers, formats)
- Develop and manage a structured creative testing framework
- Write creative briefs informed by data that designers and video editors can execute on
- Produce ad copy (hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs) across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Create static ad concepts in Canva/Figma and edit UGC/short-form video
- Run 20–50 creative variations per week using AI-accelerated production workflows
- Use AI tools daily for copy iteration, concept mockups, and competitive research
- Build and maintain custom AI workflows, i.e., prompt templates for ad copy by platform
- Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and video editors
- Stay current on platform-specific creative best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance creative roles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into creative direction
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads
- Strong ad copywriting skills across platforms
- Proficiency in Canva or Figma for static ad production
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)
- Daily, active use of AI tools for creative production
- Experience writing creative briefs and managing creative feedback loops
- Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance metrics
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET)
