Key Responsibilities
- Craft paid social strategies that align with business goals and target audience
- Set up and manage campaigns across platforms like Facebook and TikTok
- Strategically allocate budgets across various social platforms
- Create visually compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads
- Write persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective combinations
- Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results
- Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends that can inform future strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creation
- Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
