Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience building AI/LLM-based agents and deploying workflows in production environments
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Strong experience integrating APIs and working with real-time data workflows
• Proficiency in Python (or similar) for backend or AI development
• Experience working in structured development environments with QA and validation processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-urgency environments

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experiences

• Hands-on experience with ADs
• Experience working on high-scale systems (millions of daily interactions
• Exposure to enterprise or internal AI platforms and framework
• Experience building conversational AI or workflow automation agent
• Familiarity with healthcare, retail, or location-based service ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Build scalable workflows that support high-throughput, real-time user interactions
• Integrate agents with internal and external APIs (e.g., location services, scheduling systems)
• Collaborate within a highly interactive team environment, including daily standups (9–11 AM EST) focused on issue resolution and progress tracking
• Partner with QA and validation teams to test, refine, and productionize agent capabilities
• Troubleshoot platform-related challenges and optimize performance within internal frameworks
• Continuously develop and expand new agent use cases to support evolving business
