Analista Financiero

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain acquisition underwriting models focused on SMB and multi-unit businesses
• Analyze P&Ls at the store/unit/location level to identify profitability trends, weak performers, and operational risks
• Normalize EBITDA and identify realistic add-backs across fragmented or messy financials
• Evaluate unit economics, capex requirements, and return thresholds (IRR, MOIC, cash-on-cash returns)
• Support due diligence processes, validate assumptions, and pressure-test deal quality
• Assist with LOIs, deal structuring, and transaction coordination
• Prepare clear, concise, data-driven materials for executive leadership and board discussions
• Manage multiple live deals simultaneously in a fast-paced acquisition environment
• Deliver fast underwriting turnarounds to support rapid investment decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in:

. Search funds

. Lower middle market private equity

. SMB acquisitions

. Multi-unit roll-ups

. Franchise M&A

. Deal-focused FP&A

. Boutique transaction advisory or QoE/FDD firms

• Strong experience underwriting businesses in the $1M–$20M EV range (not large-cap corporate valuations)
• Proven ability to analyze business performance at the unit/store/location level
• Experience working on fast-moving deal environments with multiple concurrent transactions
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills — practical underwriting ability matters more than theoretical models
• Strong understanding of:

. EBITDA normalization

. Cash flow analysis

. Unit economics

. Return metrics

Operational performance drivers

• Fluent English (C1+): strong verbal communication and presentation skills are critical
• Comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Available to work in or around Pacific Time (PT)
