Analista de Qualidade

Accountabilities  

• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Identify, document, and track bugs while collaborating with developers to support issue resolution.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Review technical documentation and user guides before release to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and testing standards.
• Support the team through knowledge sharing and the promotion of testing best practices.  

Requirements  

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Solid experience with manual software testing and automated testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin language for behavior-driven development.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of test management platforms such as MeloQA, Qase, or similar tools is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Interest in process improvement and contributing to the evolution of QA practices within the team.
