Email Strategist Sênior

Role Summary 

We are seeking a talented Senior Email Strategist to join our fully remote team, specializing in email and SMS marketing for 8- and 9-figure DTC ecommerce brands. As a Senior Email Strategist, you will own the email and SMS retention strategy for 3-5 ecommerce brands, leading a squad of project managers, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-impact campaigns and strategies that enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Develop and manage email and SMS strategies for assigned ecommerce brands. 

- Create campaign calendars and write briefs for each campaign. 

- Review copy and design to ensure conversion optimization. 

- Set up segmentation and build flows in Klaviyo. 

- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize performance. 

- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, creating detailed reports. 

- Lead client communication, presenting strategies and performance data. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution. 

- Push back diplomatically on client requests when needed to align with strategic goals. 

Requirements 

- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands. 

- Proficiency in Klaviyo is required, with strong candidates also considered from Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Listrak. 

- Excellent client-facing communication skills, capable of leading performance calls and drafting clear client communications. 

- Strong written English skills suitable for US or Canadian clients. 

- Self-managed and comfortable with asynchronous communication, primarily using Slack.
