Creative Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, including executive meetings, keynotes, and client-facing materials
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives and storytelling formats
• Create branded materials to support internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with existing brand guidelines
• Support the development of thought leadership content through visually engaging design assets
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand messaging and deliver polished, executive-level outputs
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables

What You Bring

• Strong experience designing executive-level presentations and communication materials
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to translate business concepts into visually compelling and structured storytelling
• Experience supporting senior leadership or executive stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma (optional, based on preference)
• Background in supporting thought leadership or marketing/brand communications initiatives
• Experience with motion design (e.g., animations for presentations, video content)
• Familiarity with AI-generated design tools and workflows (e.g., generative visuals, AI-assisted content creation)
